Happy New Year


I don't have any good fireworks images or I would post one of them tonight. I do have a good image of a screech owl though so I am posting him instead. This little guy was posing so nice I just had to get a shot of him. His eyes are huge, I bet he has great night vision. I shot this image at Hocking Hills State Park during a Shoot the Hills competition, in 2007. I will be going again in 2009 but it is still about 4 months away. I can't wait.
